Today I finally put some film in my mom’s old Minolta SR-T 100 and took some pictures. She gave me the camera at least a year ago, and I haven’t touched it. I’ve read a few things about camera basics, and mostly the whole talk of f-stops and aperture and shutter speeds just made my brain hurt. Turns out it makes sense if you actually have the camera and manual in front of you (and if you read the manual). I usually think that reading manuals is for patsies; in this case I was very wrong.
